Our main funder Waltham Forest council has introduced special rules which restrict the range of advice we are funded to give to local residents. Since May 2011, the council only funds us to give full advice in the areas of welfare benefits, debt, employment and immigration.

We can only provide advice to residents of the London Borough of Waltham Forest. If you do not live in the borough, proceed no further.
