Our main funder Waltham Forest council has introduced special rules which restrict the range of advice we are funded to give to local residents. Since May 2011, the council only funds us to give full advice in the areas of welfare benefits, debt, employment and immigration. If your query concerns any other matter, we will only be able to offer you information or leaflets. We will also try to give information about where else you can help with your problem.
