Appointments

We always ask new contacts to come to one of our drop-in advice sessions. This allows us to meet you face to face and find out as much as we can about your advice needs.

In some cases we can give you immediate advice at the drop-in session. Complex cases often need a second pre-booked appointment to see a specialist adviser. If so we would then arrange a convenient appointment time when you can come back again. We will also tell you if there is any further information you should bring with you for your appointment.

Appointments will usually be arranged during the following times:

*Red session: This extra advice session is possible because of additional funding
we have been awarded for 2009/2010 from our head office (Citizens Advice)

Please remember that you cannot book an appointment without
first coming to one of our drop-in session.
