We answer the phones from 10.00am to 1.00pm, and then from 2.00pm to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

We have put additional staff onto the phone service, to make it easier to get through.

If after speaking to you on the phone it is clear that you will need a personal appointment, we will arrange that with you.
