Appointments

We always ask new contacts to come to one of our drop-in advice sessions.

This allows us to meet you face to face and find out as much as we can about your advice needs.

In some cases we can give you immediate advice at the drop-in session. Complex cases often need a second pre-booked appointment to see a specialist adviser. If so we would then arrange an appointment for a time convenient to you. We will also tell you if there is any further information you should bring with you for your appointment. If the appointment is with a Legal Aid specialist, you will need to provide evidence of your income before an appointment can be booked.

Appointments will usually be arranged during the following times:

While the bureau provides open door sessions the outreach services are by prior appointment for example:

Appointments have to be booked by the users Key Worker at the relevant centre
